We Don't Need No Stinking Miguel Tejada

The Cubs apparently are no closer than they were last week to dealing Mark Prior to Baltimore for Miguel Tejada, but the very thought of trading away the popular right-hander has Cubs fans in a lather.

I'll be the first to say "THANK GOD" that this trade seems to be dead. What a stupid trade idea/rumor anyways. I was willing to boycott the entire season if that trade went through. Mark Prior is what I like to call: Baseball Jesus, just like Larry Bird was basketball Jesus. You have to be slightly retarted to even consider trading the man. I just hope that all this talk hasn't got to Prior and he realizes that I along with every Cub fan love him.

FRIEND OR FOE?

So my best friend and I often discuss sports and all kinds of non-sense together. He is the most negative man in the history of Cubs Nation or Bengal Fandom, but he's my best friend so I have to tolerate it. Over time you'll get to read some of our thoughts on certain sporting events. I'll go ahead and let you know that I'm right and he is 99% wrong, but that is part of the fun. Also, by the way if the Jacque Jones deal goes through for the Cubs it will be a fantastic move and if the rumored Kerry Wood trade goes down I'm all for it.

Also a little note for that *#*hole Nomar Garciaparra, I hope you enjoy your stay with the Dodgers but I can't thank you enough for being the reason for a Cubless world series last year and the year before. See you in Wrigley, I'll be the one making out with your wife.

WHO DEY BABY!!!!!!

The Cincinnati Bengals are 2005 AFC North division champs. That has a nice ring, doesn't it? I say indeed it does. With the beat-down of the lowly Lion yesterday the Bengals clinched and I'll be the first to admit that tears of joy where flowing from this big man.

To all you other so called AFC contenders I'll only say this:
